Please read these terms carefully before using Bizti.
- Bizti Basic Terms
- You must be 13 years or older to use Bizti.
- You may not post nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos.
- You are responsible for any activity that happens under your screen name.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other Bizti users.
- You may not use Bizti for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to follow all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, and links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on Bizti.
- You must not modify, adapt, or hack Bizti or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with Bizti.
- You must not access Bizti’s private API by any means other than the official Bizti application.
- You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from Bizti, including user profiles and photos.
- You must not create or submit unwanted email or comments to any Bizti members (“Spam”).
- You must not use web URLs in your profile name without prior written consent from Bizti.
- You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
- You must not, while using Bizti, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- Violation of any of these terms will result in the termination of your Bizti account. While Bizti prohibits such conduct and content on its service, you understand and agree that Bizti cannot be responsible for the Content posted by users and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You use Bizti at your own risk.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Bizti service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. If the changes are significant, we will notify you via email based on the preferences on your account. What constitutes a “significant change” will be determined at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We reserve the right to reclaim any username that becomes inactive, violates a trademark, or may mislead other users.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts that we determine, at our sole discretion, are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violate any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
- We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
Proprietary Rights in Content on Bizti
Bizti does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, “Content”) that you post on or through Bizti. By displaying or publishing (“posting”) any Content on or through Bizti, you grant to Bizti a non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and translate such Content, including distributing part or all of the service in any media formats. However, Content not shared publicly (“private”) will not be distributed outside of Bizti.
Some parts of Bizti are supported by advertising and may display ads and promotions. You agree that Bizti may place such advertising and promotions on the service, including near or in connection with your Content. The style and extent of this advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content you post or otherwise have the right to grant the license above, (ii) the posting and use of your Content on Bizti does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person, and (iii) posting your Content does not break a contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay all royalties and fees owed to any person because of Content you post.
Bizti contains Content owned by Bizti (“Bizti Content”). Bizti Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws, and Bizti owns and retains all rights in the Bizti Content and the Bizti service. Bizti grants you a limited, revocable license to reproduce and display the Bizti Content (excluding software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the site and using the service.
Bizti contains Content from other users and licensors. Except as provided in this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through Bizti.
Bizti performs technical functions necessary to offer its service, including transcoding and reformatting Content to ensure it works across the platform.
Although Bizti is normally available, there will be times when the service is interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, emergency repairs, or due to equipment failures beyond our control. Also, while Bizti typically only deletes Content that violates this Agreement, we reserve the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Deleted content may be stored by Bizti to comply with legal obligations and is not retrievable without a valid court order. Therefore, we encourage you to maintain your own backup of your Content. Bizti is not a backup service. Bizti will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service, or the loss of any Content.
