Bizti llc provides a platform designed to foster genuine connections, enable creative expression, and facilitate the discovery of new communities and interests. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bizti, Inc. governing your access to and use of the Bizti mobile application, our website, and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the “Services”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, OR USING THE Bizti PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE Bizti SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
These Terms represent the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Bizti regarding the Services and supersede all prior proposals, understandings, and other agreements, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us.

A Personalized and Dynamic Experience
Your presence on Bizti is unique. We leverage technology to curate a personalized feed for you, comprised of posts, stories, events, advertisements, and other content from the people and communities you follow. This personalization is based on a variety of factors, including your connections, expressed preferences, account settings, engagement history, and activities both on and off the Bizti platform (where permitted by law and our Privacy Policy).
Facilitating Meaningful Connections
A core function of Bizti is to help you discover, interact with, and maintain relationships with people, groups, businesses, and organizations that align with your interests. Our proprietary systems may generate suggestions for you—such as potential friends to add, groups to join, events to attend, or creators to follow—based on analysis of your existing network and activity, all designed to help you build a richer, more relevant community.
Empowering Creative Expression and Communication
Bizti offers a multifaceted toolkit for self-expression. You can share your thoughts and experiences through text-based status updates, photographs, videos, and audio clips. You can communicate privately through direct messages or in small groups, create and manage events, administer community groups, and access insights into how others interact with your shared content. We are committed to exploring and integrating new technologies to make sharing more expressive and engaging.
Enabling Discovery
We help you discover content, products, services, and experiences that may be of interest to you. A primary method for this discovery is through the display of personalized advertisements and sponsored content from businesses, organizations, and other partners that utilize the Bizti platform to reach their audiences.
Promoting Safety, Security, and Integrity
We are dedicated to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for our global community. This commitment involves the deployment of dedicated teams, advanced technical systems, automated detection tools, and collaborative partnerships to identify and address misuse of our Services, harmful conduct, and situations where we can provide support to our users. Our actions in this regard may include, but are not limited to, investigating suspicious activity, removing content that violates our policies, disabling or restricting accounts, offering help and resources, and, where we have a good-faith belief it is necessary, reporting to law enforcement. We may share information across our Services to promote safety and security.
Leveraging and Innovating Advanced Technologies
To provide a safe, functional, and accessible service for a global audience, we utilize and continuously develop advanced technologies. This includes artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and computer vision models. These technologies help us in tasks such as identifying policy-violating content, providing accessibility features for users with visual or auditory impairments, and improving the overall performance and reliability of the Bizti platform.
Continuous Research and Improvement
To ensure our Services evolve to meet the needs of our users, we engage in ongoing research and development. This involves analyzing aggregated and anonymized data, conducting user surveys, and performing A/B testing of new features. This research is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is fundamental to our ability to enhance, optimize, and innovate our Services.
Global Service Operation
Bizti is a global service. To provide you with a seamless experience and enable you to connect with others around the world, it is necessary for us to store, transfer, process, and distribute content and data through a global network of data centers and cloud infrastructure, which may be located outside of your country of residence. Your use of Bizti constitutes your consent to such international transfer and processing of your information.
Our Funding Model
Bizti provides its core connectivity and content-sharing Services free of charge to you. Our services are funded through advertising, which allows us to support ongoing innovation and operational expenses.
Personalized Advertising Model
You agree that, in exchange for your free use of the Services, we may display personalized advertisements and other commercial or sponsored content to you within the Bizti application. The selection of which ads to show you is informed by your personal data, including your activity on Bizti, your stated interests, and demographic information, with the goal of making the ads you see more relevant and valuable.
Our Commitment to Privacy in Advertising
We have designed our advertising system with user privacy as a core principle. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Advertisers on Bizti specify the audience they wish to reach based on general criteria (e.g., “users aged 18-35 interested in travel and technology”). Our system then displays their ads to users within Bizti who match those criteria. We do not share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address, or phone number) with these advertisers unless you provide us with explicit, separate permission to do so.
Advertising Performance and Analytics
We provide advertisers with aggregated and anonymized reports about the performance of their advertising campaigns. These reports help advertisers understand general trends, such as the demographic composition of the audience that saw their ad or the number of users who clicked on it. These reports are not designed to identify individual users. You can learn more about this process and manage your advertising preferences through the settings within the Bizti application.
Your Commitments to Bizti and Our Community
The provision of our Services is a shared effort. In exchange for access to the Bizti platform, you agree to adhere to the following commitments:
Eligibility and Account Integrity
Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bizti Services.
Authentic Identity: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to use the same name that you are known by in your everyday life. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.
Single Personal Account: You will create only one personal account. The creation of multiple accounts, or the use of automated methods to create accounts, is prohibited.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not transfer your account to any other person without our express written consent.
Prohibited Persons: You may not use Bizti if you are a convicted sex offender, if we have previously disabled your account for violations of our terms or policies, or if you are otherwise prohibited from receiving our Services under applicable laws.
Acceptable Use and Conduct
We encourage you to use Bizti to express yourself and share content that is important to you. However, this freedom is balanced with a responsibility not to abuse the platform or harm our community. You agree not to:
Violate Terms or Policies: Use our Services to do or share anything that violates these Terms, our Community Standards, or other applicable policies.
Engage in Illegal or Harmful Activity: Post content or engage in conduct that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or that incites violence.
Infringe on the Rights of Others: Share content that you do not own or have the necessary rights to share, including content that infringes upon another’s copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights, or that violates someone’s privacy or publicity rights.
Compromise Platform Integrity: Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code; engage in activities that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working, rendering, or appearance of our Services (such as a denial-of-service attack or interference with page rendering); or use automated systems (such as “bots,” “crawlers,” or “scrapers”) to access or collect data from our Services without our prior written permission.
Harass or Exploit Others: Engage in bullying, intimidation, harassment, hate speech, or exploitation of individuals or groups. You may not solicit login credentials or personal data from other users.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove any content or disable any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions.
Permissions You Grant to Us
In order to operate and provide the Services, we need certain legal permissions from you.
License to Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original content you create and share on Bizti (your “Content”). However, by sharing, posting, or uploading Content that is protected by intellectual property rights, you grant Bizti a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your Content. This license is solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Services and researching and developing new ones. This license continues until your Content is deleted from our systems, either by you or by us, except as noted below.
Content Deletion Process: When you delete Content or your entire account, it is removed from public view immediately. The complete deletion of all data from our active servers, backup systems, and other storage may take up to 90 days. This deletion process may be delayed in specific circumstances, such as when we need to retain data to comply with a legal obligation, investigate unlawful activity or policy violations, protect the safety and security of our users and Services, or respond to a valid legal request.
Social Advertising License: You grant us permission to use your name, profile picture, and information about actions you have taken on Bizti (such as “liking” a page or RSVP’ing to an event) in connection with commercial, sponsored, or related content (such as an ad for that event or page). This content will only be visible to users who have permission to see the action you’ve taken.
Intellectual Property of Bizti
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bizti Services (excluding your Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Bizti, Inc. and our licensors. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. You may not use our branding, logos, domain names, or other Biztinctive brand features without our prior written consent. Any software provided to you as part of our Services is licensed, not sold, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
Additional Provisions
Updates to the Terms
The digital landscape and our Services are constantly evolving. Consequently, we may need to modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our business practices, for legal or regulatory reasons, or to promote a safe and secure experience for our users. We will provide you with notice of material changes (e.g., via an in-app notification or by email) and will indicate the date of the last revision. Your continued use of the Bizti Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue using our Services and delete your account.
Account Suspension and Termination
We value our community and take action to preserve its integrity. We may suspend or permanently disable your access to the Services or delete your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have clearly, seriously, or repeatedly breached these Terms or our associated policies. We may also take these actions if your account remains inactive for an extended period, if we are unable to verify your ownership of an account, or if we are required to do so for legal reasons. Where appropriate and feasible, we will notify you of such action and provide information about how you can request a review, unless we are prohibited from doing so by law or believe that providing such notice could compromise the safety or security of our users, the integrity of our Services, or the effectiveness of an investigation.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE Bizti SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Bizti, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Bizti, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; OR ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Bizti agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within San Mateo County, California for the resolution of any lawsuit or court proceeding permitted under these Terms.
Other
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Bizti’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null. Bizti may freely assign or transfer these Terms.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bizti concerning the Services.
- Feedback: We welcome your comments, suggestions, and feedback. By submitting feedback to Bizti, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate such feedback into our Services without any obligation or compensation to you.
