This guide explains how to report inappropriate content, users, or technical issues on bizti.

Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you see content that breaks bizti’s community guidelines, you can report it directly in the app.

  1. Find the post you want to report.
  2. Tap the three dots (⋯) or menu icon on the post.
  3. Select “Report.”
  4. Choose a reason:
  • Spam or misleading content
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Violence or dangerous content
  • Nudity or sexual content
  • Copyright infringement
  • Self-harm or suicide content
  • False information
  • Other (please explain)
  1. Add extra details (optional but helpful)
  2. Submit your report

How to Report a Comment

  1. Find the comment you want to report
  2. Long press or tap the comment to open options
  3. Select “Report Comment”
  4. Choose a reason for reporting
  5. Submit your report

How to Report a Video

  1. Open the video you want to report
  2. Tap the three dots (⋯) or menu icon
  3. Select “Report Video”
  4. Choose a reason for reporting
  5. Submit your report

Reporting Users

If a user is engaging in harmful behavior, harassment, or violating community guidelines, you can report their account.

How to Report a User

  1. Go to the user’s profile you want to report
  2. Tap the three dots (⋯) or menu icon on their profile
  3. Select “Report User”
  4. Choose a reason for reporting:
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Spam or fake account
  • Impersonation
  • Inappropriate profile content
  • Sharing private information
  • Other (please specify)

  2. Submit your report

Blocking a User

If you want to stop seeing content from a specific user without reporting them:

  1. Go to the user’s profile
  2. Tap the three dots (⋯) or menu icon
  3. Select “Block User”
  4. Confirm the action

Note: Blocking a user will prevent them from seeing your content and you from seeing theirs. You can unblock them later from your settings.


Reporting Technical Issues

If you encounter bugs, crashes, or technical problems with the app, please report them so we can fix them.

How to Report a Bug or Technical Issue

  1. Take a screenshot or screen recording of the issue
  2. Note the following information:
  • What were you doing when the issue occurred?
  • What device are you using? (iPhone, Android, etc.)
  • What version of the app are you using?
  • When did the issue happen?
  • Can you reproduce the issue?

Common Technical Issues to Report

  • App crashes or freezes
  • Videos not uploading
  • Images not loading
  • Messages not sending

  • Feed not refreshing
  • Notifications not working

What Happens After You Report

Content Reports

  1. Review Process: Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours
  2. Action Taken: If content violates our guidelines, it will be removed
  3. User Notification: The user who posted the content may be notified if action is taken
  4. Your Privacy: Your report is confidential – the reported user will not know who reported them

User Reports

  1. Investigation: We investigate all user reports thoroughly
  2. Account Review: The reported account is reviewed for policy violations
  3. Possible Actions:
  • Warning issued
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban (for severe violations)
  1. Follow-up: You may receive a notification about the outcome (if applicable)

Technical Issue Reports

  1. Acknowledgment: You’ll receive an email confirmation that we received your report
  2. Investigation: Our technical team investigates the issue
  3. Resolution: We work to fix the issue and may contact you for more information
  4. Update: You’ll be notified when the issue is resolved (if you provided contact information)

What to Include in Your Report

  • Be specific: Provide as much detail as possible about what happened
  • Include context: Explain the situation, when it occurred, and any relevant background
  • Add evidence: Screenshots, screen recordings, or links to specific content are very helpful
  • Be honest: Only report genuine violations or issues – false reports waste resources and may result in action against your account
  • Stay factual: Stick to what actually happened rather than opinions or assumptions

False or Misleading Reports

Please be aware that sending reports that are false, misleading, or intended to harm others goes against our Terms of Service. This includes reports made as a joke, out of anger, or to target someone unfairly. If you submit false or malicious reports, we may take action on your account, which can include warnings, restrictions, or suspension.


Emergency Situations

If you come across content or situations that involve any of the following, they should be treated as emergencies:

  • A person being in immediate danger
  • Threats of violence toward others
  • Signs of self-harm or suicide

In these cases, it is important to act quickly and seek proper help through emergency services or appropriate support channels. Please contact local emergency services immediately and then report the content to us.

    We may remove content that was created for the purpose of identifying a private minor if there is a potential risk to the minor’s safety. This includes situations where revealing a minor’s identity could lead to harassment, exploitation, stalking, or other forms of harm.
